How much for Shipping?
We offer a flat standard shipping fee of $9.95 and a express flat shipping fee of $13.95 within Australia. We also offer free shipping for orders over $120.00 within Australia. At this stage we only ship within Australia.
All shipped orders come with a tracking number/or signature on delivery, which will be emailed to the customer to track their order.
We also offer a free local pick up service for our Townsville customers. This option can be selected at the checkout and an email will be sent to the customer to arrange collection of items from Townsville.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage Lisa’s Affordable Kids Boutique only ships within Australia.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All of our products are in stock now, meaning when a product is available on our website it means it is in stock and ready to be posted to you. Once payment has been received for your order, we will process and post your order within 24/48 hours. All orders are posted from Townsville, QLD.
How long until I receive my order?
All items listed on our website are in stock, therefore orders are usual shipped within 24/48 hours once payment has been received.
Order arrivals will vary depending on a customer’s location and can take from 2 to 10 business days. Please see information below about impacts due to COVID.
Coronavirus Impacts: Please note there may be delays in shipping timeframes due to the pandemic. This is beyond our control. We strongly recommend you select express shipping if you require your order urgently or live in a highly effected area.

Please note, once your order has been shipped with Australia Post we are not legally responsible for delayed shipping times or loss of parcel. However we will endeavour to assist you where possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with their parcel’s tracking number. Customers can then go onto Australian Post website (link to https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search) to track their parcel. Please check your junk/spam folder in case this email has gone into there. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive or is lost in transit?
Once your parcel has left our premises (Townsville, QLD) they are then the property of Australia Post. We are not legally responsible for any lost or damaged goods.
However, if your parcel is not delivered to you within our delivery timeframe, we will do our best to track down your parcel for you.
