Returns & Refund Policy
Lisa's Affordable Kids Boutique (LAKB) values customer satisfaction and we want your shopping experience with us to be a great one. That is why we offer a fair return and refund policy.
Lisa's Affordable Kids Boutique has a strict 14-day returns policy on our products, (this excludes swimwear due to hygiene reasons swimwear can not be returned). This means 14 days from when you receive the product/or when Australia Post states delivery has been received. For local pick ups 14 days will start from the day after email has been sent for collection.
Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind, we only offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please note sale items are unable to be exchanged, this includes where a discount code has been used.
To be eligible for an exchange of size the product must be:
- In its original condition - original packaging
- Unwashed with all tags attached.
Your item will be inspected before an exchange is given. We have the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our conditions of exchange (above).
Please note, postage back to us and postage for the new item is at the customer's expense. If the next size is not available and unable to be ordered, customers will be given a store credit for the total amount paid for that product. Shipping costs will not be credited and/or refunded.
We carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped, however if there is a manufacturing fault with your item, and is by no fault by your own we will gladly replace your item, including return postage. If a replacement can not be completed a refund (customers original payment method) will be granted. Please note manufacturing fault does not include: wear & tear, incorrect usage of item or damaged caused by removing clothes tags.
Please notify us with photo's showing the fault. Please note, the 14day timeframe still applies.
Please ensure the postal address you provide during the order process is correct. We will not be held responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. We only use the shipping address you provide on our checkout page. We do not use PayPal addresses as we do not see that information when you place an order.
If the address is incorrect, it will be up to the buyer to lodge and/or check with their local post office to see where the item is. We do not offer replacements/refunds for lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Any replacement items will be at customer's cost, including new postage.
When returning your item you are responsible for the postage cost of returning the item (unless it is due to manufacturing fault). Please use tracked postal service and keep a copy of the tracking number as we will not be held liable for lost or missing returns shipped by customers. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note any items that are returned to us outside 14days will not be eligible for exchange and/or refund.
Orders that were selected for local pick up have 30days to be collected. If order is not collected within 30days of purchase date, a refund will be granted in the form of original payment method. Please note any discounts that were applied will be ducted and a $6.00 admin processing fee will be ducted from order total. Customers will receive a final warning email before 30days timeframe.
